These terms explain the basic rules for using the KING AI public website, submitting a business inquiry, booking an architecture review, and choosing to receive text communications.

1. Website use

Use this website lawfully and in good faith. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, harvest restricted material at scale, impersonate others, distribute malicious content, or use the site for an unlawful purpose.

2. Inquiries and project services

Website content is general information and business communication. It is not a promise, warranty, legal advice, investment advice, or a formal service agreement. Project scope, pricing, schedule, data processing, permissions, delivery, and support standards are governed by a later written agreement between the parties.

3. Text messaging program and consent

You may voluntarily choose to receive texts on a KING AI public form or through a configured and displayed keyword. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent; consent must be given through a separate, unchecked SMS control or another clear opt-in method.

If you opt in, KING AI may send automated and conversational messages about your requested inquiry, architecture review, customer support, task, or workflow status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise marked, the website’s text, brand, design, and public materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not present them as your own product, service, or source identifier without permission.

5. Scope of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KING AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, public website materials, third-party networks, carriers, browsers, email applications, or external links. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
