The problem we started with

Products and services were scattered across a dozen old sites and 18 code repositories. Clients could not find things, and neither could we, maintaining them
The old homepage carried user numbers nobody could verify; claims without evidence had to come down
The old site was all introduction and no enquiry path, so visitors had nowhere to leave their details

What we did

Pulled everything onto one domain: six core services, 15 products, quotes and solutions pages, each in its place
Fixed the brand: the gold infinity mark plus the KING AI wordmark, unified across header, icons and share images
Shipped an enquiry API: every submission returns a ticket number. The first one, KW-20261024-0001, is tested and on record
Removed every number that could not be backed up, and replaced posted prices with plan-first, itemized quotes written into the contract

Results (checkable)

The whole site consolidated onto one domain, one build, with rollback on launch
18 legacy repositories deleted after the owner's confirmation, with the write-off record kept in the code repository
