A finished website that takes orders, enquiries and payment
Customers meet your business on its website first. If the phone number is dead, the hours are wrong and the layout falls apart on a phone, they do not call to ask — they go to the next result. We lay pages out along your order flow: how customers find you, what they check, and where they contact you or pay. Design first, approved by you, then built. Two tiers, Launch and Business, sized to where the business is now.

Who it fits, and what gets in the way
A first website, with nothing that can take an order yet
An old site still live, painful to read on a phone
Chat-thread selling has outgrown itself; orders belong on the website
The phone number is buried, hours are out of date, and there is no button worth tapping — visitors leave for the next listing
The old site squeezes into a phone screen with text stacked on images; you would not use it yourself
Orders run through chat threads: booking, payment and rescheduling all typed by hand, and dropped orders leave no trace

Tiers
Launch — get the website standing
- 5–8 pages: home, services, about, contact and the core pages your trade needs, no filler
- Mobile first: fast to open, with call, enquiry and directions as large, easy taps
- Contact form, map and directions in place, so visitors can ask on the spot and find your door
- Titles, descriptions and a sitemap done once, so search engines index you properly
Business — a site that helps you sell
Everything in Launch, plus:
- Online booking and payment: customers book and pay the moment they are ready
- Chinese and English pages, each market reading its own language
- Testimonials and case pages, letting past work speak for you
- Traffic analytics: how many visitors, where they came from, what they read, visible any time
Before handover we click through everything once: links, forms, mobile layout, the payment path.
How it runs
State the situation
Trade, current site, where it is stuck — plan and fixed price back within one business day
Approve the design
Design first; the second payment is due only at your approval
Build and check
Milestones, with links, forms and mobile layout checked item by item
Launch and care
Final payment after acceptance; managed care month to month after that, numbers reconciled monthly

Boundaries
Not included
- No invented reviews or case studies: what appears on pages is your real customers and your real work
- No promised search rankings — the contract carries a work list and deliverables, not positions
- Third-party costs (domains, payment processing) are not inside the service fee; they are itemized before they happen
What we need from you
- Your raw material: business name, services and pricing — or one interview if none of it is written down
- Your own payment account for online payments; accounts stay in your name
- Two approvals from you: design, and pre-launch
How engagement and quoting work
Tell us your trade and what your site looks like now. Within one business day you get a plan: which pages, which features, and a fixed itemized price. Quotes are given by a person after a short discovery conversation — nothing is priced off this page, because a five-page site and a fifty-page site are different jobs. After signing, payments run 40% to start, 40% at design approval, 20% at launch acceptance. Anything added mid-build is quoted and approved before it is built.
Questions on this page
How long until launch?
Launch usually runs 2–3 weeks, Business 3–5 weeks. The schedule goes into the contract before work starts.
How do payments work?
40% to start, 40% at design approval, 20% at launch acceptance. Credit cards and bank transfers both work.
Who prepares the content and images?
You supply the raw material; we organize, rewrite and source images. Nothing ready? We start from an interview outline — we ask, you answer.
Can I update the site myself afterwards?
Yes. You get the admin access and a short guide; routine text and photo changes are yours to make. A care plan is there if you would rather not.
Do I have to buy the domain and hosting myself?
We handle the purchasing, but everything is registered in your name and your accounts. Vendor and price are listed before anything is bought; we do not mark them up.
How do we start?
Send your trade and your current site (or say you have none) through the contact page. The itemized plan comes back within one business day. Declining costs nothing.
