Plan first, price second
This site posts no price list for one plain reason: the same words — build me a website — can mean five pages or fifty, and one posted number would be wrong for both. The rule is this: you lay out what you need, we write the plan, and the scope and total go into the contract item by item. The number does not move once work starts. Additions are quoted and approved by you before anyone builds them.
Four steps to a quote
Explain the problem
Send a few lines about what you want solved. No brief-writing skill needed; send it rough and we ask the right questions in the reply. Plan and fixed price land together within one business day.
Review and approve the design
You see the design before anything is built. We revise until you approve it, and only then is the second payment due.
Build and test
Work moves by milestones, with a progress page you can open any time. You never have to chase anyone to find out where things stand.
Launch and ongoing support
The final payment is due only after launch passes your acceptance. Managed support after that runs month to month, numbers reconciled monthly.
What a quote spells out
Scope list
Which pages, which features, which languages, itemized. Anything not on the list is not in the price. Additions are quoted and confirmed by you first.
One fixed total
The total is set once and goes into the contract. Anything we think of midway outside your scope is our problem, not your bill. New work is always quoted before it is built.
Payment rhythm
40% to start, 40% when the design is approved, 20% when the work passes acceptance. Every payment matches a result you can point at. If acceptance fails, the next payment is not due.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, paid plugins and ad spend are paid by you straight to the provider, in accounts under your name; the money never passes through us. Domain and source code are yours on delivery — that goes in the contract.
Monthly services
SEO, ads, and hosting are signed monthly, reconciled in a monthly report. Unhappy? It stops next month. No reason needed, no long lock-in contracts.
Aftercare limits
Defects in the delivered work itself are fixed free for 30 days after a website launches and 60 days after an app release. What managed care covers follows your contract tier, in writing.
What each service includes
What each tier includes is listed here. Price follows scope in the plan, so read the content first.
Websites
Launch — get the website standing
- 5–8 pages: home, services, about, contact — the skeleton first, chosen for your trade, no filler and nothing missing
- Mobile first: fast to open, one tap to call, enquire or get directions
- Contact form and map in place, so visitors can ask on the spot and navigate to your door
- Titles, descriptions and a sitemap done once, so search engines index you properly
Business — a site that helps you sell
Everything in Launch, plus:
- Online booking and payment: customers book and pay the moment they are ready — one less hand-off, fewer orders lost
- Bilingual, Chinese and English: both markets served from one site
- Testimonials and case pages: the work you have done and what customers said about it
- Traffic analytics: how many visitors, where they came from, what they read, visible in your dashboard
Before handover we click through everything once: links, forms, mobile layout, the payment path.
