One record book per pet: vaccinations, deworming, weight and vet visits, with a nudge before anything is due.

The vaccination booklet is in a drawer somewhere, and in a multi-pet home the records blur together. Pet Manager keeps one book per pet and reminds you before anything falls due. Basic records free; reminders and multi-pet management are premium. People on the list hear first at launch.

Who it fits, and what gets in the way

Pet-owning families who keep mixing up vaccination, deworming and vet-visit records.

The vaccination booklet is in a drawer somewhere, and nobody can say when the next deworming is due

With several pets, the records blur: which one had which shot takes a search party

Boundaries

Not included

  • No medical judgment: records and reminders are tooling; treatment is your vet’s call
  • It does not store clinics’ original imaging: conclusions can be noted, images stay with the clinic

What we need from you

  • A place on the waitlist; invitations go out in order
  • The vaccination booklet or records on hand when you set up

How engagement and quoting work

Basic records are free; reminders and multi-pet management are the premium tier, stated at signup. Pet businesses and clinics wanting client-wide onboarding can talk to us through the contact page.

Questions on this page

How is this product priced?

By the model stated on this page: free means free to use; subscription and one-off products are priced against your situation at enquiry, written down before anything is activated — nothing is charged first.

Who do I contact if something breaks?

Open a ticket at the support center. First response within 4 working hours. For urgent problems that block your work, mark "URGENT" in the title.

How do multiple pets work?

One book each, under one account; the premium tier covers multi-pet management, stated at signup.

Do records survive changing vets?

Yes. The record follows the pet, not the clinic.

How do we start?

Join the list; at launch, set up the pet you worry about most first.
